A downer of a subject but I came across this article and thought others might find it useful.

The purpose of this document is to to enable staff in services for people with autism lay down guidelines to offer confident, care in the event of bereavement.

Son 5 is hemiplegic and ASD. Daughter 7 has scoliosis and is possibly ASD. Husband has Asperger Syndrome. Me Fibromyalgia and gastric band

It's something we ALL have deal with...I've just posted this link on another forum it's simply wondeful for kids who lose a loved one...
